I moved a lot as a kid—8 elementary schools, 4 high schools—so I’ve lived through every reason and season for relocating. Growing up in apartments, my very first real estate transaction was selling my mom her first home, and that moment forever shaped the kind of Realtor I am today.

Before real estate, I spent over a decade helping small to medium-sized businesses reach their goals in marketing and payment processing, working my way from Sales Representative to Regional Sales Manager.

That career sharpened my expertise in coaching, marketing strategy, and high-level negotiation—skills I now use to get my clients top results.

As a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, I bring patience, clarity, and a clear plan to families navigating the sale of inherited property. I also specialize in strategic listing marketing, using my proven systems to help homes sell faster and for more—often with multiple offers.

Along the way, I’ve been honored with recognition like Mainstreet Organization of Realtors Rookie of the Year (2020) and 20 Under 40 (2023). My marketing has even been called some of the best agent marketing in the country. But the truth is, the accolades matter less than the impact: my clients consistently walk away feeling clear, relieved, empowered, and excited for their future.

When I’m not serving my clients, you can find me reading, singing karaoke, writing for my blog, or spending time with my nephews (two human, one furry) or my own furry babies. My brindle mix breed rescue pup, Venti, is my constant sidekick and occasional “home showing assistant” and Holly, my tortie cat definitely keeps us on our game.
